Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Pet Paradise Sydney Pet Boarding & Day Care. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Acceptance of a booking, payment, or attendance at Pet Paradise constitutes agreement to these terms. No physical signature is required.

SECTION 1 - ADMISSION & GENERAL CONDITIONS

Pet Paradise reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any pet at its sole discretion. All dogs must complete a trial day care assessment before attending day care or boarding to ensure they are suitable for a social environment. We reserve the right to decline or terminate services if a dog displays unsafe behaviour or is unsuitable for a group environment.

SECTION 2 - HEALTH & VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

All pets must be up to date with vaccinations before attending Pet Paradise. Required vaccinations include: C5 vaccination for dogs & F3 vaccination for cats. Proof of vaccination must be provided prior to check-in. Pets must also have current flea and tick prevention that remains valid for the duration of their stay. Pets showing signs of illness will not be accepted.

SECTION 3 - BEHAVIOUR & TEMPERMANT

Dogs attending Pet Paradise must be friendly and comfortable in a social environment. Dogs displaying aggressive or unsafe behaviour may be refused entry or required to be collected immediately

SECTION 4 - SOCIALISATION & PLAY RISK

Dogs attending day care or boarding will interact with other dogs in a supervised environment. While we carefully supervise all dogs, normal dog play can sometimes result in minor scratches, bites or injuries. By using our services, owners acknowledge and accept these risks.

SECTION 5 - FEES & PAYMENT BOOKINGS

Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure bookings and deposits are non-refundable. Full payment must be made prior to or at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed.

SECTION 6 - DOG DAYCARE FEES

Standard day care rate for small dogs: $65 per day.

Standard day stay rate for Large dogs: $75 per day.

Late pickups and services outside business hours may incur additional charges.

SECTION 7 - DOG BOARDING FEES

Standard overnight boarding for small dogs: $90 per night. Public holiday rate: $100 per night. Multi-pet discount rate: 2 small dogs: $77 each. 3 Small dogs: $68 each.

Standard overnight boarding for large dogs: $100 per night. Public holiday rate: $110 per night. Multi-pet discount rate: 2 Large dogs: $85 each. 3 Large dogs: $75 each.

Boarding bookings must be paid at least 1 week before the start date to secure the reservation.

SECTION 8 - DOG DAYCARE DROP-OFF & PICK-UP TIMES

Doggy Day care Hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Drop-off times: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM either between 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM. Pick-up time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Late pickups incur a $15 fee every 15 minutes.

SECTION 9 - DOG BOARDING DROP-OFF & PICK-UP TIMES

Window: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

Pick-ups must be completed before 11:00 am. Pickups after 11:00 PM may incur an additional overnight boarding charge.

SECTION 10 - CAT BOARDING PRICING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All cats staying at Pet Paradise must be up to date with vaccinations, flea, and worming treatments prior to arrival. Owners are required to provide their cat’s food to avoid dietary changes and ensure comfort during their stay. Payment is required in advance to secure all bookings. A deposit may be requested, with the remaining balance due prior to or on drop-off. While we provide a safe, clean, and caring environment, Pet Paradise is not liable for any illness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances that may occur during your cat’s stay. In the event of a medical emergency, we will seek veterinary care immediately, and all associated costs will be the owner’s responsibility. Owners must disclose any medical conditions, behavioural concerns, or special requirements prior to booking.

SECTION 11 - EMERGENCY VETENAIRY CARE

If a pet becomes sick or injured, Pet Paradise will attempt to contact the owner immediately. If the owner cannot be reached, Pet Paradise reserves the right to seek veterinary care if necessary. All veterinary costs are the responsibility of the owner.

SECTION 12 - PROPERTY DAMAGE

Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pet to property, facilities or equipment at Pet Paradise.

SECTION 13 - DOG FIGHTS & INJURIES

If a dog is involved in an altercation, Pet Paradise will separate the dogs and notify the owner. Pet Paradise does not provide refunds for incidents involving dog behaviour. Owners are responsible for veterinary costs relating to their own dog. While Pet Paradise carefully supervises all dogs in our care, dogs are animals and may react unpredictably in certain situations. In the event that a dog causes injury to another dog, the owner of the dog responsible for the incident may be held liable for any veterinary expenses or damages resulting from the incident. Pet Paradise will take reasonable steps to supervise and separate dogs when necessary, however Pet Paradise is not responsible for injuries resulting from interactions between dogs. By using our services, owners acknowledge and accept that dogs participate in a social environment at their own risk.

SECTION 14 - PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Owners may bring comfort items for their pets; however, Pet Paradise is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.

SECTION 15 - LIABILITY WAIVER

While every reasonable precaution is taken, Pet Paradise cannot guarantee that accidents or injuries will not occur. Pet Paradise is not liable for injury, illness, escape, loss or damage to pets while in our care provided reasonable care has been taken.

SECTION 16 - OWNER RESPONSIBILITY

Owners remain responsible for the behaviour of their pet while it is in our care. Owners agree to indemnify Pet Paradise against any claims, damages or expenses resulting from their pet’s behaviour.

SECTION 17 - CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation & Refund Policy At Pet Paradise Sydney, bookings for day care, overnight boarding, and pet transport are secured once payment has been received. Due to the limited number of places available each day, we reserve your dog’s spot once a booking is confirmed and therefore payments are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your booking after payment has been made, refunds will not be issued for any services already paid for, as the reserved space has been held specifically for your pet. For overnight boarding bookings, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dog’s stay. Please note that deposit amounts may vary depending on the booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the start date of the booking unless otherwise agreed. SECTION 18 - ABANDONED & UNCOLLECTED

Pets Pets must be collected at the agreed pickup time. If a pet is not collected within 48 hours and the owner cannot be contacted, Pet Paradise reserves the right to arrange alternative care or contact local authorities. All associated costs remain the responsibility of the owner.

SECTION 19 - PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA

Pet Paradise may take photographs or videos of pets in our care for updates or promotional purposes. By using our services, owners consent to their pet appearing in social media or promotional material. Owners who do not wish for their pet to appear in photos must notify Pet Paradise before their booking.

SECTION 20 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

SECTION 22 - OWNER DECLARATION

By booking or using services at Pet Paradise Sydney Pet Boarding & Day Care, the owner confirms that all information provided about their pet is accurate and truthful. The owner declares that their pet:

• Is up to date with required vaccinations

• Is in good health and free from contagious illness

• Is not known to have aggressive or dangerous behaviour toward people or other animals

The owner agrees to inform Pet Paradise of any medical conditions, behavioural issues, or special requirements prior to the pet’s stay. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in immediate termination of services, and the owner may be held responsible for any resulting damages, injuries, or costs.
