Welcome to Pet Paradise! We are thrilled to offer pet care services to our valued customers. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Conditions of Daycare and Boarding

Pet Paradise reserves the right to refuse entry of any dog at its sole discretion.

All dogs are required to undergo a trial before they can join daycare or boarding.

Health and Vaccination Requirements

All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations including rabies, distemper, and Bordetella. (C5 for dogs and F3 for cats). Proof of vaccinations must be provided prior to check-in. Pets showing signs of illness will not be accepted. All pets must have current tick and flea treatment upon admission that lasts for the duration of the Services. To the extent the treatment expires throughout the duration of the Services, the Owner is responsible for ensuring additional treatments are provided upon admission. If during the visit Pet Paradise considers your dog to be unwell and/or infectious, your dog will be isolated and you, and/or your secondary contact, will be notified immediately. Your dog will remain isolated until collection is arranged.

Behaviour and Temperament

Pet Paradise reserves the right to refuse service or ask for immediate removal of any pet exhibiting aggressive behaviour. If a dog begins to present any signs of reactivity during their stay, the owner will be notified and will have to organise for their dog to be picked up.

Fees and Payment

All reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is due upon check-in.

Dog Daycare

The fee for our dog day care services is $60 for a full day. For an additional dog from the same household the rate is $45.

For services required outside of business hours, a $20 fee will be applied per additional hour. This includes late pickups.

Dog Boarding

The fee for overnight boarding is $80. For an additional dog from the same household, the rate is $60

The fee for overnight boarding is $95 on public holidays. For an additional dog from the same household the rate is $65.

To secure the dates for any dog boarding request, payment is due first. Once payment has been received, the booking will then be confirmed. Payment will need to be made at least 1 week prior to the start of the booking. We accept cash, bank transfers, and Pay ID.

Pet Paradise, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to request full payment for the booking amount ahead of check-in. To the extent payment is requested and not made, the booking will be cancelled by Pet Paradise.

Drop-off and Pickup Times

Doggy Daycare

We are open from Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Drop offs are to be done between 7:00 AM to 9.30 AM. Pickups are to be done between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. A late pickup will incur an additional $15 fee every 15 minutes.

Dog Boarding

Dog boarding is available from Monday to Sunday. The drop off times are to be done within: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM (Mon to Sun).

If you are running late, please contact us and advise us of the estimated time of arrival.

Pickups are to be done before or by midday (12:00 PM) to avoid a daycare fee of $60 on the last day. After hours pickups (past 6:00 PM) will incur a standard boarding fee of $80.

Emergency Care

In the event of a medical emergency, the facility will attempt to contact the owner or designated emergency contact. If the owner cannot be reached, the facility has the authority to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense. The owner is responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred during emergency situations.

Liability Waiver and Indemnification

Pet Paradise is not responsible for any injuries, death, damage, and/or escape of Owner's dog(s) and pets provided that reasonable care and precautions are followed, that may occur to dogs while they are in our care. Pet Paradise is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items belonging to pets. Customers agree to indemnify and hold Pet Paradise and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses that may arise in connection with their dog's use of our services.

The Owner agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behaviour of their pet while it is in Pet Paradises care and hereby indemnifies Pet Paradise and shall keep Pet Paradise indemnified to the full extent permitted by law for any action of the animal which apart from this indemnity may have created any liability on Pet Paradise. The Owner shall be responsible for any loss or damage to any of the Business property and accepts that the Owner of the pet will be liable for any damages caused.

In the event that a dog engages in a fight with another dog, the owner acknowledges that no refunds will be issued.

1. Pet Paradise will make reasonable efforts to separate dogs exhibiting aggressive behaviour and the owner will need to organise for their dog to be picked up.
2. The owner is responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred due to injuries sustained by their dog during a fight.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for daycare must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your dog's boarding reservation, please notify us at least 1 week in advance. Failure to do so will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

Termination of Agreement

Pet Paradise reserves the right to terminate the service agreement at any time, with or without cause.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of NSW.

Acknowledgment

By using our daycare and boarding services, you are agreeing that you have read, understood, and agree to the Pet Paradise conditions. These terms and conditions are in addition to our assessments and socialisation criteria, all of which are subject to change without notice. By accepting these terms and conditions, you certify to the accuracy of all information given about your dog when registering. Owner hereby acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of service.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Pet Paradise reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify customers of any changes by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.
