I can’t recommend Pet Paradise Sydney highly enough! I regularly board my dog, Niko, here, and he absolutely loves it. I first met Monica during a really difficult time — I had a medical emergency and had to be taken to hospital by ambulance. My sister found Monica, and she was kind and compassionate enough to take Niko in with no hesitation. Her genuine care and love for animals was clear from the start.
One of the most touching things she did was send me this beautiful photo of Niko during his stay — a sweet welcome sign and his happy little face in the coziest setting. It meant the world to me during such a stressful time. Those extra touches really make all the difference.
Since then, Niko has become a regular and always comes home relaxed, happy, and clearly loved. Thank you, Monica, for everything — you’re a gem!
Frankie had a great time staying with Monica for two nights. We enjoyed the pictures and updates she sent and knew we didn’t have to worry about our pup for a minute. We will definitely be back when we need dog sitting in the future 😊
We couldn’t be happier with the care our high-energy Staffy, Mella, received! She’s a bit of a diva and definitely high-maintenance, but she was looked after so well both times she stayed (once for 3 weeks and another for 4). It gave us such peace of mind knowing she was in loving hands. We came back to a happy, healthy pup, and it was clear she was treated like family. Monica provided exceptional care for my Mini Jack Russell. She was attentive, responsive, and consistently kept me updated with photos and information on how my dog was doing, despite my frequent messages 😂 Lacie also enjoyed being interactive with other dogs. I highly recommend Monica for any pet-sitting needs.
I am extremely happy with the service Monica provided I was a little nervous leaving my baby with someone as it was the first time since I got her and she only 4 month old but she had a blast with the other dogs and I had nothing to worry about will definitely use this service again if I need to go away over night again 🙂 the owner is so friendly and polite made me fell at ease leaving my baby with her.
Monika made sure Sparky had good time while I was not with him as he as a bad separation anxiety and also I was worried with all other pets being together but Monica assured he would be taken care of.
We left our 11 year old lab girl with Monica over the Christmas break, and couldn’t be happier with the care given to her.
She looked happy, settled, and clean. She was picked up by Uber by Monica who travelled across town to us as we were heading to the airport.
Skyla, a rescue dog, settled with her right from the start at our meet and greet at Monica’s home.
The whole experience was easy, smooth, and professional.

Monica did an amazing job taking care of my border collie Umi. She was patient, attentive, and kept me updated the whole time. My pup came back happy and well cared for. Highly recommend her for any pet-sitting needs!
My sister in law and I left our Moodle & Golden retriever with Monica for 10 days. The moment we reached out to her, she put us right at ease that our dogs would be looked after as if they are her own. She kept us updated throughout the trip by sending us photos and videos. She’s so sweet and kind and that definitely reflects on how happy the dogs looked in the photos as well as when we picked them up. My dog has separation anxiety but I know he was definitely comfortable with Monica and I was not worried at all. As compared to when I dropped him off at the boarding kennels last time, we could tell the difference in the way he was (or was not) looked after. I will always be bringing my dog to Monica now every time we need boarding or daycare. I cannot recommend her enough!
We left our boy with Monica for 2 weeks, this is the first time he spent time leaving him alone with someone, can tell for sure Monica looked after him like own pet. Our dog was so happy and healthy and she also kept updating us throughout the time he was with her. Happy to find this place and I strongly recommend Monica's pet car to others. GREAT SERVICE
I just want to thank Monica for taking care of my two dogs. Looking for sitters to take care of my dogs are not easy task due to their reactive and nervous behaviours! We had trial with few sitters and ended up going with Monica. Monica kept us updates the whole 2 weeks while we away. My dogs are happy and relax, they stayed in aircon room during heatwave. Highly recommended and thanks again Monica

Can’t thank Monica enough for looking after our 2 boys for a long weekend. They can be very needy and hard work so was very nervous to leave with someone new, however from the first time we spoke to dropping off/picking up everything was excellent. The boys were so happy the whole weekend, we had photos of them playing and enjoying the pool within the first hour of them being dropped off. They were so tired when they got home they slept all evening 😅
Will 100% recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home. Can’t wait for their next visit.
We have been regularly taking our high energy pup, Archie, to Monica’s for the past few weeks, and he loves it every time! Monica is very responsive, is understanding and flexible, and takes good care of Archie. She happily sends regular photos and updates when I’ve asked for more (being a first time dog mum 🥹). He has become besties with Monica’s dog Donut, and he continues to become a more socialised pup whilst there, including being around her kids! Thanks Monica for everything you do to take care of our Archie! We are fast becoming a regular there 😊 and Archie is always jumping for joy when we reach their gates 😄

Monica is an absolute gem of a person. We struggled to find a pet sitter for our ragdoll - Simba, but she was quick to offer her services with much love, honesty and care. It was really comforting to know our Simba was safe with her for over 2 weeks. Could not be any happier. Highly recommend to all.

Highly recommend!! For over a week, Monica looked after my three pets, and I couldn't be more grateful!! My pets came back so relaxed and content and I could easily tell they were well looked after. Monica is an absolute gem; she communicates incredibly well, and I received regular updates while I was away. My pets were safe, happy, and loved, which relieved all of the stress of being away. Monica understood some challenging behaviours of my huskies and was very well experienced with their breed she was very confident and farmiliar with how they can behave. Monica took in my 3 large huskies without hesitation and provided the best care. Monica reassured me with photos and kept me updated throughout the day which kept me stress while they were with her. During my debrief with monica at the end of the day i was very happy with how she understood how they are and how much she cared about making sure they were comfortable during their stay.
My dogs came home very relaxed and happy and looked like they had an amazing day. My dogs will be very excited to be boarding with Monica soon! 😊
This was my first time using a pet sitter at their home and I was extremely happy with Monica and the care she gave to my pup. It was 100% less stressful than when my pup stayed at a dog boarding facility. Monica kept in regular contact with me, sent lots of pics, videos and she was always happy to respond to my messages. My pup looked extremely happy socialising with her pets and was very settled. I'll be rebooking Monica for our next holiday. Thanks again
Monica is lovely and efficient and understanding keeps you updated on your fur baby while in care would happily leave my pet with her if needed at anytime
Monica took the absolute best care of our good boy!
She is a very warm and welcoming individual and she understands the needs of your pup. She is also extremely responsive and accommodating to the your pups unique habits.
She provides constant updates throughout the day and asks questions about your pup's habits.
The only downside is that your pup might not want to leave 🙂

Monica is the best pet sitter I know of for various reasons and I can’t recommend her enough. After my dogs first stay with Monica , for the first time he wasn’t anxious once he came back. I could tell he had a great time , was given lot of play time and was taken really good care of. God bless Monica and beautiful soul for taking such good care of our pets

I’m so happy with Pet Paradise! Monica was incredibly welcoming and began looking after my pup (Goose) since he was 4 months old. Goose, who’s very attached, was welcomed with open arms and immediately felt at ease. Monica is friendly, caring, and truly makes each dog feel like family. I always feel confident leaving him here!
Kira was looked after by Monica twice when I was away from the country.
Kira is a mixed German Shepherd and Siberian Husky so she’s a big dog but Monica has welcomed Kira each time and she always sends me updates on how Kira is doing. I trust Monica to look after Kira. Each time I picked up Kira she looks so happy during her stay. I recommend Monica if you need your pup to be looked after when you’re away.

Monica is the best in service we left our 1.5 years old cat with Monica for almost a week and she took really good care of him, she updated us and called us and sent pics of our Farple too. This was our first time being away from our Farple and after speaking and meeting Monica we felt comfortable to leave him in her care. Highly recommend and will be recommending Pet Paradise SydneyPet Boarding & Daycare to my family and friends and will be leaving my cat here again on our next holiday.
There are no words to explain the gratitude I have towards Monica for looking after our dog. Being a stressful time handing over our precious dog (part of our family) Monica took him in with open, eager arms and reassured us and addressed our every concern. She responded to every question we had, sent photos and updates, FaceTimed us so I could see our dog, and was honest throughout the entire process. It is a big responsibility to look after a large German Shepherd and Monica did an excellent job of taking it on not only professionally, but also incorporating our dog as part of her family. Thank you Monica and family, you have earned all our trust and our dog will definitely be coming back in the future.
